PROJECT: TankTrouble Online Battles

TankTrouble is a popular browser game looking to implement online features. The project organiser says:

TankTrouble is an addictively simple web-game; trapped in a maze, you and your friends each have five bouncing bullets to make sure you will be the last tank standing…

Well, that’s just the basics. Then there are overpowered weapons, cool tank swag, an evil space dog and a whole lot more…

We built this game in our spare-time and just for fun! Now, over the years TankTrouble has gathered more than 1 million registered players from around the world, and together we have blown-up more than a staggering 1 billion tanks!

So blowing-up friends is fun! But currently, that’s only possible when you gather around the same computer. When alone, one must resort to versus our AI; an evil space dog. This is because the time and complexity of making online battles by far exceeds the scope of a spare-time project. That’s where you come into the picture…

Please help us bring TankTrouble online and let players from all over the world have some good solid fun together!”

The project developer is based in Denmark. Fundraising ends on 25 March 2015.
